Terms of Service
These terms apply when you buy a pack, download a free asset, or otherwise use Pixel Elevator. Using the site means you accept them.
What is being sold
Digital graphics for streamers — overlays, scene screens, webcam frames, alerts, and panels — delivered as downloadable files. Nothing physical ships. Everything you receive is governed by the License Terms.
Orders and delivery
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Your files are available immediately after payment on the confirmation page, and the same link is emailed to you. That link does not expire — opening it re-checks your payment and issues a fresh download, so keep that email. If you can no longer find it, contact support and I'll resend your link.
Prices
Prices are set in US dollars and may change at any time. You can switch the displayed currency, and you are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Converted prices are indicative and based on rates that are updated periodically, not live. Any sales tax or VAT is added at checkout.
Refunds
Because these are digital files delivered instantly, sales are final once the pack has been downloaded. If a file is corrupt, missing, or not what the listing described, tell me and I will fix it or refund you in full.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase — but that right is waived once the download begins, which you agree to at checkout so you can have the files immediately.
Technical requirements
Packs are built for OBS Studio, Streamlabs, and XSplit, and the listing states which files are included. It is worth checking your software can use those formats before buying. Needing help installing a pack is not itself grounds for a refund, but I will help you get it working.
Custom work
Commissions are ordered and delivered through Fiverr, and Fiverr's terms govern them — including revisions, delivery times, and disputes. Nothing on this page overrides what you agreed in a Fiverr order.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into, overload, or scrape this site, and do not try to reach paid files without buying them. Accounts and access may be blocked where that happens.
Availability
The site is provided as-is. I aim to keep it online and the downloads working, but I cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Packs may be updated, renamed, or retired from sale — if you already bought one, your license continues regardless.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, liability for any claim relating to a pack is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the last revision. The version in force for your purchase is the one published when you bought.
