Privacy Policy
Pixel Elevator collects as little as possible. There is no advertising network on this site, and nothing here is sold to anyone.
What is collected
Only one thing, and it is something you hand over deliberately:
- Your purchase details, if you buy a pack. Handled by Stripe — see below.
Browsing the shop, reading the portfolio, or downloading a free pack does not require an account. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising cookie, and no third-party analytics script on these pages.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to them and never touch this server — I never see or store a card number. Stripe collects what it needs for payment processing and fraud checks, under its own privacy policy.
Purchase confirmations and download links are sent through Resend, an email provider who processes your address solely to deliver those messages. They are not used for marketing unless you separately opt in.
Custom orders
Commissions run through Fiverr. Anything you share there — messages, briefs, reference files — is held by Fiverr under their privacy policy, not here.
Server logs
The web server keeps standard access logs: IP address, page requested, timestamp, and browser user-agent. These exist to debug errors and spot abuse. They are not linked to your identity and are rotated automatically.
Cookies
No tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie this site can set is a session cookie for the admin panel, which applies to the site owner and nobody else.
How long it is kept
Email addresses stay on the list until you unsubscribe or ask for removal. Order records are kept by Stripe for as long as tax and accounting rules require; this site keeps a short local log of recent orders (product, email, amount) so I can answer support questions. Server logs rotate within weeks.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — including unsubscribing from emails at any time via the link in any email. If you are in the EU or UK, these rights are guaranteed by the GDPR. Requests are handled without charge.
