Privacy Policy

What is collected

Only two things, and both are things you hand over deliberately:

• Your email address and name, if you submit the free-assets form. Used to send you those files and occasional updates about new packs.
• Your purchase details, if you buy a pack. Handled by Lemon Squeezy — see below.

Browsing the shop, reading the portfolio, or downloading a free pack does not require an account. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising cookie, and no third-party analytics script on these pages.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who act as merchant of record. Your card details go to them, never to this server — I never see or store a card number. They collect what they need for payment processing, fraud checks, and sales tax, under their own privacy policy.

Custom orders

Commissions run through Fiverr. Anything you share there — messages, briefs, reference files — is held by Fiverr under their privacy policy, not here.

Server logs

The web server keeps standard access logs: IP address, page requested, timestamp, and browser user-agent. These exist to debug errors and spot abuse. They are not linked to your identity and are rotated automatically.

Cookies

No tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie this site can set is a session cookie for the admin panel, which applies to the site owner and nobody else.

How long it is kept

Email addresses stay on the list until you unsubscribe or ask for removal. Order records are kept by Lemon Squeezy for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Server logs rotate within weeks.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — including unsubscribing from emails at any time via the link in any email. If you are in the EU or UK, these rights are guaranteed by the GDPR. Requests are handled without charge.
