License Terms
Every pack sold or given away by Pixel Elevator comes with the license below. Buying a pack gives you the right to use it — it does not transfer ownership of the artwork.
What you get
A non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the assets on your own channels. Non-exclusive means the same pack may be sold to other creators. If you need artwork nobody else can use, that is a custom commission, not a shop purchase.
You may
- Use the assets on your Twitch, Kick, YouTube, or any other streaming channel.
- Use them on monetised channels, including sponsored and affiliate streams.
- Edit colours, crop, rescale, and add your own logo or channel name.
- Use them in thumbnails, social posts, and channel art promoting your stream.
- Keep using them permanently, including after the pack leaves the shop.
You may not
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the files, edited or not.
- Share your download with other people, or upload it anywhere public.
- Include the assets in another product, template, or pack you sell.
- Claim authorship of the artwork, or register it as your trademark.
- Use the assets for illegal content, hate speech, or harassment.
Multiple channels and teams
One purchase covers one person and the channels they personally operate. If a team, agency, or organisation needs the same pack across channels owned by different people, buy one license per person or get in touch about a team license.
Fonts, music, and third-party parts
Packs may reference fonts or sounds licensed from third parties. Where that is the case, it is noted in the pack's README, and the third party's license governs those files rather than this one.
Custom work
Commissions ordered through Fiverr are covered by the terms agreed in that order and by Fiverr's own terms, not this license. Ownership and exclusivity for custom work are whatever you and I agreed there.
Ending the license
This license ends if you breach it — most obviously by redistributing the files. If that happens you must stop using the assets and delete your copies. Everything you published in good faith before then is fine.
